This is a beautiful and solid piece of hand crafted furniture. I give it 5 stars as is total value for money. I am delighted with my purchase.

The products themselves are lovely, well built and good value for money. the only issue i have is with the attitude of the delivery man. I received a call at 8.30 ( which I missed so a message was left) saying the delivery would be made around midday. This I thought was good practice. However when he arrived he was rude and said " you didnt phone me back I left a message I nearly didnt bother delivering these" . If the policy is that you require customers to phone the drivers back to acknowledge receipt of the message then this should be made clear in the message. I now know that it what is expecterd so will do so for the next item to be delivered.

The desk and the drawers I bought we quality items and will last for years, this is what I wanted. I had to wait a month but it was worth it in the end. Not much flexibility on delivery only one day per week in my area, so had to get a neighbour to sit in my house.

No problems, a beautiful piece of furnature arrived, delivery men were helpful, assembling other pieces that i had bought, at short notice also. Very happy overall.

Felt apprehensive about the quality of the furniture as only seen on site but when it was delivered I was delighted. It was well packed and the quality was really good. I have already recommended your products to colleagues and friends

Quality of built unit was superb.

Well made, but not made with whole pieces of pine like other furniture i had looked at, made of strips bonded together, which i only noticed because of the positioning of knots, that were cut on half, but then it was £100 cheaper then the alternative. Value for money, great and I would buy again.

The quality met our expectations, however we are in the process of returning a bookcase as the side is cracked, and were disappointed we would need to keep the damaged one until the new one was in stock.
