Contemporary Oak Sideboard Large with Glass Top

Both my wife and I love the furniture, and would have been happy to have bought all our Oak Furniture from you. We had a part delivery from a company that went bust, and had to source matching furniture. The furniture will outlast us, and everyone that has come to the house, has admired it. There was a small crack in the top left hand corner, of the Sideboard, caused by something striking the edge of the packing case. You could see the indent in the cardboard. I did phone up about it, and was offered an immediate replacement, but we have decided to live with it. I filled it with pure Bees wax. It is a hairline crack. What I would like to say, is that the Dresser Unit came with very substantial corner protectors. The Side Board had none. They would have prevented the damage in this instance. I would also like to say, that in my telephone conversations with you, the women that I spoke to, could not have been more efficient, and polite. Something now sadly lacking in so many other organisations/businesses. Please thank them.
