Aarhus Bookcase with 4 Shelves

This was easy to put together, the only problem is the back panels. You have to get them all in the correct position before you fix them. Some of them could have done with being longer. The build quality is excellent for the rest of the bookcase. Value for money very good.

The goods arrived complete and undamaged despite one corner of the packaging being torn. Assembly was straightforward, only the back panels needing a little persuasion to fit together without gaps. The finished bookcase looks neat and attractive and is excellent quality for the price.

Excellent value for money and the finished result looks really good. The back panels not great to put together but the rest of it went together really well.

The only challenges were the instructions provided, but soon resoved it.

having previously purchased 2 of these bookcases I was well aware of what I was getting for my money - & given the special offer, at the time, I consider this excellent value for money. my one issue would be with delivery arrangements - on ordering I was informed, by e-mail, that no charge would be levied in the event of a failure to deliver on the day stated by the delivery company. when informed of the due date I was then informed that a failure on my part to receive delivery would incur a £35 excess charge. these mixed messages need to be sorted out

I bought these to go with some heritage furniture. Not an exact match but good enough. Easy to put together, and attractive to look at, this is a real wood version of bookshelves availablle from a certain well known Swedish store!

The overall quality of the bookcase is good. The slats at the back could be more generous - I had to be careful to ensure the light didn't show through. The feet all had little nicks out of them and one had a slice out of it. I got the one with the slice out of it changed and decided to put the others on so the nicks faced the back. However, these are relatively small things. The service was very good. Less than 24 hours delivery. The replacement foot was a bit slower to come (a little frustrating when you have built the rest of the bookcase) but only about five days, in fact, so not bad. Assembly is easy so long as you follow the instructions. They look good and I think I made a good choice.

Good value, not too tricky to put together.

We are very pleased with these bookcases and felt it was worth paying the extra compared with cheap flat-packs from the big retailers, since these ones are considerably more robust as well as being more attractive pieces of furniture.

Instructions pretty poor. Nightmare screwing on feet as no holes premade and had to be done last so hard work. Some of shelves only stained on topside and this is noticed when sitting next to bookcase. Tongue and groove slightly too short so had problems nailing it down at top and bottom . This isn't notable once books etc. in. Despite all these things it is sturdy and looks very nice when built.

I am really happy with this bookcase in that I feel it is a sturdy piece of furniture which offers good value for money. However, the assembly instructions could have been made simpler.

The quality is good, lot more shelf space than I thought, sturdy piece. I would recommend your furniture to others
