Sturdy and nicely finished piece.

Very good quality book case easy to build from clear instructions. Only gripe is there was no shelf for inside the cupboard section .

Had one wrong part which was quickly rectified by customer service and the correct part was delivered four days later. Went together easily and is really sturdy & good value for money.

Looks smart but the wood at the back looks poor and one of the circular discs wouldn’t stick on with the glue provided. Still good value for money.

I ordered 2 of this item. One was damaged, resulting in my having to make several phone calls to try and sort it out. However, I was put through to the same call assistant each time so I got to speak to the same person. She was brilliant! Made lots of effort on my behalf to ensure thatIi got my replacement parts as soon as possible and I ended up with a very nice, good quality pair of cabinets. The call assistant deserves a pat on the back for her great quality work.

Lovely bookcase for the money paid

Everything was supplied in kit to make assembly easy and it looks great in my living room. Very quick delivery and customer service very good!

The bookcase was easy enough to assemble and looks fine. The carcase could do with being stronger and thicker as it relies on the back panel for a lot of the integral strength, but it does the job well enough.

The customer service I received was excellent. The bookcase took longer to arrive than first thought but I was kept informed of the progress. I would recommend my friends (which I have) to buy from pine Solutions.

Two points I feel would improve the quality. 1 - The door catch was not very good so it was changed for a magnetic catch. 2 - A shelf in the cupboard would have been useful. I bought a pine shelf of the same thickness and installed. Apart from those two points it was easy to assemble and looks good.

Corona bookcase and TV corner unit ordered. Both items delivered incorrectly on two occasions. Very difficult to get in touch with Customer Services after the morning. Manager was not interested in my complaint regarding the delivery of the incorrect items, I was even asked to send photographs of the item I was ordering even though it was clearly shown on the website! Even then I received the wrong item. Would not recommend Pine Solutions for reliability, especially as there are other companies who offer superior service for same products at much the same price.

Some of the holes for the side panels were slightly out of line so had to be re-drilled by us but it was relatively straight forward and looks good now it is finished.

I ordered the Corona Bookcase as illustrated to match one I bought before from Pine Solutions. The bookcase is nice and sturdy and good value for money. However, I am still awaiting delivery of the correct product having received another Corona Bookcase which bore no resemblance to the one I ordered. I can only judge the quality based on the one I received 2 years ago.

Excellent service. Placing order was extremely simple, and was quickly followed by a confirmation e-mail which also gave approximate delivery date. Delivery arrived before schedule, which was a bonus. Product was very good value and erected with no problems

We have ordered one of these before and I was expecting this one to be the same, but it isn't. It is a lighter colour and slightly different design. Therefore we will have to put it in a different room.
