From my first enquiry about the furniture and when it could be delivered everyone was so helpful. I placed my order and it was delivered the very next day and I was first delivery which was great. The men were very good they unpacked it and took it upstairs and placed it in position. All in all an excellent service. We are very pleased with the quality of the furniture.

A lovely bookcase- very stylish and of high quality. The contractor who delivered the bookcase was very helpful. An excellent product; one that looks fantastic in our living room. All I would say is that the delivery time was a little longer than expected. That aside, I was very pleased with the product.

Q: Which parts are veneer? Robin
A: The veneered areas of this bookcase would include the side panels and also the back. Veneers are used on large areas of wood, generally to improve and give a more uniform appearence. If one long solid piece of wood is used it is also more prone to splitting; using a veneer over the top of the solid piece prevents this. Angela
