  • We'll carry the furniture to a room of your choice
  • We'll unpack your furniture and recycle the packaging

Cancellations

Order cancellations received after the order has left our warehouse but before delivery has been attempted will incur a £15.00 fee to return the goods to our warehouse.

Please ensure you are available to receive delivery on the agreed date. If you are unable to receive delivery please notify us at least 48 hours in advance.

Surcharges

*The following postcode areas in Northern Scotland will incur a surcharge of £25:
AB, DD, IV, KW1-14, PA, PH

Delivery to these areas can take up to 28 days.

Additional Options

The following options are available with heavy item (two man) deliveries:

Unpack & Recycle - Free

Our specialist removal team will unpack and take away the packaging for you, leaving you with more time and space to enjoy your new furniture. The process doesn’t end there; our team separates the packaging and takes it to a recycling facility.

This service is not available for flatpack items.

Assembly Services

Our specialist removal team will take your furniture to your room of choice, unpack, place and assemble your furniture. The price for assembly depends on what you have ordered. See below for pricing. Please note that this is the assembly cost per item.

Premium Assembly £45 per item.
Premium Assembly covers all wardrobes and beds.
Light
Assembly
£15 per item.
Light assembly covers all smaller items of furniture including dining tables, chests of drawers, bookcases, dressing tables and computer desks.

Assembly service must be added to your order before delivery is attempted. To add assembly to your order, just contact us to let us know.

This service is not available on flatpack items.


Please note: With both of these options we ask you to sign to confirm your 100% satisfaction before the delivery team departs, as we are unable to accept goods back without packaging at a later date.

Our delivery team will inspect the furniture for any marks or damage when they unpack it and they will also give you ample time to check the item. This does not affect your rights to exchange the item should a manufacturing fault develop at a later stage – please see the delivery section of our Terms & Conditions for further details
